Angioplasty and Stenting
The advent of this technology has transformed vascular disease to one of minimally invasive procedures.  A balloon and a metallic object called a stent can be used to open a block artery. But this is not the only answer. These interventions cannot totally replace traditional surgery.

Bypass surgery involves rerouting the blood through a synthetic tube or using your own vein. This may be needed in your particular case. Therefore we are able to determine which is best for you and can perform both angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, cryoplasty or surgical bypass.
Vascular surgeons with fellowship training are best for managing all vascular disease and particularly PAD.
